TERMS & CONDITIONS – (“PROMOTION”)
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. The Terms contain important information and govern this Promotion. Instructions for a valid purchase form part of these Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate in this Promotion.
- PROMOTER
1.1 The Promoter is: J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd (trading as Castore), a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 09670915, with its registered office at 1 Central Street, Manchester, M2 5WR, United Kingdom,
- ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
2.1 The Promotion will run from 12:00pm 16th September (the "Opening Date") until 23:59pm 21st September (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Promotion Period”)
2.2 To receive the 25% discount, the individual must use code TRAINING25 at the checkout of the Rangers Online Store (https://shop.rangers.co.uk/).
2.1 The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 16 years or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- PROMOTION & HOW TO CLAIM
3.1 Eligible customers who use code TRAINING25 will receive a 25% discount (“Promotion”).
3.2 One code use per customer.
3.3 Gifts are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. The Promoter provides no guarantee that all or any of the Gifts will remain available throughout the Promotion Period.
3.4 No cash alternative will be given for the Promotion.
3.5 The Promotion is not negotiable or transferable. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for another gift.
- Entitlement to the Promotion is personal to the eligible customer and cannot be transferred.
- OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
4.1 The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Promotion.
4.2 The code is valid only on 2022/23 Training products, listed here: https://shop.rangers.co.uk/collections/training-and-matchday
4.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to use the code.
4.4 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of using the Gift except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4.5 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://shop.rangers.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy
4.6 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.
4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at any time and where it becomes necessary to do so.
4.8 These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
